工作内容：
Material library maintenance:

1、Working closely with material suppliers, update and maintain PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) material library accuracy

2、Coordinate with brand and operational product development teams to manage material changes on product bill of materials (BOM)

3、Review newly created materials weekly, ensure existing database remains accurate

GMS Price list validation：

1、Ensure material prices can be accurately costed on product BOMs, document areas of mismatch, actively work to resolve them

2、Work cross functionally with product and material costing teams to ensure price list is distributed and accessible to relevant external stakeholders

Project Management：

1、Provide clear communication to internal stakeholders to influence behavior change and achieve business objectives

2、Co-ordinate and support ad-hoc material costing related requests (e.g. price list or BOM analysis, PLM maintenance asks etc.)

任职要求：

1、1-2 years of experience in operations, procurement or costing (Fresh graduates welcome)

2、Undergraduate degree in Quantitative/STEM field

3、Intermediate user of Microsoft Office tools, especially excel

4、Basic proficiency or interest in PLM Systems

5、Clear communication skills, both verbally and written, in English and Chinese

6、Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

7、Good stakeholder management
