职位/Position: 销售助理Sales Assistant
地址/Address: 上海市浦东新区张江园区（提供长线班车及园区短驳车）
Brief Description and Service Responsibly:
ü Support quotations for customers which includes pricing submissions for reviews and approvals, and liaise with CSR(customer service representative) for custom part creations;
ü For transitional and non-key accounts, provide sales support and act as key customer interface to follow up on sales and development activities when required;
ü Input Sample Requests, track on samples progress;
ü Review Distributors buying patterns and alert Account Managers on dips and surges;
ü Support account managers on monthly outlook forecasts and sales report;
ü Coordinate with Account Managers, Legal and Regional Managers for all Agreements including but not limited to NDAs, Distributor Agreements, Pricing Agreements etc;
ü Manage Customer database in Sales Force to ensure Contacts are up to date;
ü Manage customers’ quality/service complaints ;
ü Identify opportunities to improve business processes to strengthen organization effectiveness and raise customer satisfaction;
ü Support implementation of new processes;
ü Collect and consolidate customer and market intelligence from distributors or through VOC interview with the customers to timely feedback to internal;
ü Lead, engage and collaborate closely with cross-functional regional teams, including sales & marketing, product, TS&D, supply chain, etc. in the execution of new development projects.
ü Responsible for the expense report, office supplies, and daily admin support.

为客户提供销售支持，在需要时跟踪销售和开发活动；跟踪样本请求及进度；
审查分销商的购买模式，并提醒客户经理出现下跌和激增；
月度销售预测和汇总报告；
和客户经理、法务经理、区域经理协调完成协议，包括但不限于保密协议、经销商协议、定价协议等；
管理客户数据库，以确保联系人是最新的；
管理客户的质量/服务投诉；
优化业务流程，加强组织效率和提高客户满意度；
收集整合分销商的市场情报，及时反馈内部。

其它补充：
跨国外资销售支持/销售助理相关业务辅助经验，如inside sales经验更佳，不限行业
沟通能力，处事灵活
英语书面可作为工作语言，满足邮件及会议需要（日常会对接日本，欧洲，美国的同事）
