RESPONSIBILITIES 工作职责

1. 双语历史教学；
Bilingual history teaching
2. 承担课程辅导和答疑，作业和考卷批改等工作；
Responsible for course tutorial, question-and-answer session, correcting homework and examination, and etc.
3. 监督和管理学生的学习效果和学习状态，并定期向学生和家长进行反馈；
Supervise and manage the learning effect and learning status of students, and give feedback to students and parents regularly
4. 根据学校安排，优质高效地完成与教学相关的其他活动；
Efficient completion of teaching related activities with high quality according to arrangement of the school
5. 完成教学部门、教研组长、升学指导中心安排的其他任务。
Other tasks are issued by Head of Teaching Department, Group Leader of Teaching and Counseling Department

NECESSARY COMPETENCIES 必需具备的知识和技能
1. 正规师范院校相关专业硕士（含）以上学历、具有高级教师资格证书；
Master degree or above, Graduated from Normal Universities with relevant major, Senior Teacher Certification possessing
2. 具有三年以上中学教学经验和一定的教学研究工作经验，有国际课程教学经验者或海外学习以及工作经验者优先；
3-years relevant teaching experience and teaching research working experience（teaching experience of middle school & high school）. Teaching experience in International Curriculum or oversea studying and working experience is a plus
3. 熟练掌握办公软件和互联网的使用技巧；
Proficiency in the use of MS Office software and Internet
4. 具备教育心理学知识，较强的授课能力；
Equipped with educational psychology knowledge and strong teaching ability
5. 具有很强的中文表达能力，普通话标准，口齿伶俐；
Equipped with strong expression skill, standard Mandarin spoken, and rhetorical skill
6. 具有较强的亲和力，讲课生动活泼，知识面宽广；
Strong affinity, teaching lively, broad knowledge scope
7. 热爱教育事业，工作积极主动、责任心强；
Passion for education work, strong responsibility sense
8. 英语听说读写能力熟练，可使用全英文授课；
Proficiency in spoken and written English,able to teach in English
