负责Pao Beyond品牌形象的塑造与维护,与上级一起制定品牌宣传策略。Responsible for shaping and maintaining the Pao Beyond brand image, working with superiors to develop brand promotion strategies.
通过多种渠道(包括社交媒体、线下活动、广告等)提升品牌知名度。Enhance brand awareness through various channels, including social media, offline events, and advertising.
线上推广 Online Promotion
通过社交媒体、短视频平台和其他数字渠道的运营,提高产品曝光率和客户转化率,吸引更多学生参与。Increase product visibility and customer conversion rates through the operation of social media, short video platforms, and other digital channels, attracting more students to participate.
管理线上推广预算,优化投入产出比,确保各项活动的有效性和可持续性。Manage the online promotion budget, optimizing the return on investment to ensure the effectiveness and sustainability of all activities.

活动组织 Event Organization

沟通与协调 Communication and Coordination
与学校、家长及其他合作方保持良好的沟通,建立和维护合作关系。Maintain good communication with schools, parents, and other partners to establish and nurture collaborative relationships.
协调内部资源,确保市场活动的顺利实施。Coordinate internal resources to ensure the successful implementation of marketing activities
数据分析 Data Analysis
分析市场推广活动的效果,制定改进措施,优化市场策略。Analyze the effectiveness of marketing promotion activities, develop improvement measures, and optimize market strategies.
定期向管理层汇报市场部的工作进展及成果。Regularly report to management on the progress and results of the marketing department's efforts.
招聘要求Requirements:
1. 大学本科及以上学历,市场营销、商务管理等相关专业优先;
2. 5年以上市场相关工作经验,具有知名零售及教育企业工作经历者优先;有海外经历者优先;
3. 核心岗位技能:
非常强的沟通能力和解决问题能力;
熟悉市场推广工具及数据分析方法;
具备创新思维,能够独立策划和执行市场活动;
流利的英语口语和商务英语写作水平;
熟练使用主流趋势下的各类办公信息软件及技术,包括视频和语音通信、消息传递和电子邮件、编写文档和使用电子表格、基础的平面设计,编辑社交媒体笔记及视频等;
