主要职责/Primary Responsibilities:


1. Issue technical drawings in 2D and 3D program (ME10& Siemens NX) Issue scale and production-oriented dimensional drawings, sectional drawings with parts according to construction and quotation specifications and coordinate with clients and responsible project administrator. This may require to be done in a foreign language. Create views, cuts, developments, penetrations, projections etc. with all geometries or processes and check for plausibility.


2. Implement constructive changes

Issue groundwork for engineering department (engineer to order) for client specific orders. Implement constructive amendments in coordination with clients and engineering department. Define semi-finished products and components independently and choose according to technical documents. Issue charts, graphics, diagrams on the basis of templates and numerical data in clear form.


3. Creation of technical lists

Preparation of list with technical content (for example pump and motor overview list, spare part list, part list, mounting position overview list with customer related numbering system.)


4. Issue calculations

Perform technical calculations with formulas (e.g. volumes, weights, center of gravity calculation). Calculations for the elastic mounting of the pumps and their construction.


5. Communication with specialist departments

Construction, production, assembly, work preparation, CAD support, order processing, quotation department, shipping, SMART team. Consultation with the above-mentioned specialist departments to eliminate all obscurities by asking special individual questions (electronically and by telephone in Chinese and English)


6. Check the order specification

Technical elaboration/ examination of the offer / order in regard to construction, manufacturing feasibility. Execution of techn. design (proof of the project data in regard to the product limit values. Creation of characteristic curve)


7. Clarify technical details and coordination at the interfaces mentioned in 5.


8. Compilation of the order documentation

In regard to the detailed technical clarification + request for files and documents (e.g.drawings, 3-D models, operating instructions, data sheets) (electronically and via telephone in German or English)


9. Correspond with agencies, subsidiaries and subcontractors

In regard to detailed technical clarification + request for files and documents (e.g. drawings, 3-D models, operating instructions, data sheets) (electronically and via telephone in Chinese and English)


10.Administration of documents

Prepare in SAP / ECTR (3-D models, drawings) print (partly burn to CD) of documentation and prepare for dispatch. Archive final documents in the OSECM.


11. Check drawings: Check and approve drawings in accordance to applicable standards and rules.



基本要求 / Qualifications Required:

Knowledge required to fulfill the work assignment.

- Apprenticeship as a technician for mechanical engineering or similar
qualifications

- CAD Tools: 2D program (Me10) 3D program (Siemens NX)

- ERP-System SAP

- Creation of the pump characteristic (from "Pump Selection
Portal", WebSelect)

- Secure handling of MS Office, Excel, Word,

- Adobe Acrobat

- Very good knowledge of written English
