Education: Bachelor’s degree with majoring in Human Resource or
related filed.Language Skills: Chinese and English, proficient in financial English, fluent in English listening, speaking, reading and writing.
Working experience: At least 5 years HR supervisor working experience in
foreign-invested enterprises.
Communication Skills: Good communication skills and teamwork spirit to make effective suggestions for the management team to solve financial problems.
Leadership Skills: Lead the HR department of the company; Have honest and
loyal professional quality.
Computer skills: Proficient in MS Office applications.
Job responsibilities:
-Responsible for the recruitment of company personnel, provide suitable candidates for the development of the company, formulate annual recruitment plan, and participate in the recruitment of key positions.
-Develop and implement the process of employees’ onboarding, transfer and offboarding process.
-Establish and maintain personnel files, handle and update labour contracts.
-Establish training system based on ability requirements for the job qualifications. Develop and review policies, procedures and format relating to training.
-Set up and update the company organization chart, develop and improve the job description.
-Responsible for employees’ attendance, overtime and annual leave management, formulate and implement relevant regulations.
-Responsible for monthly employee payroll management.
-Cooperate with finance department to complete related tax administration and individual income tax optimization.
-Establish policy and institutional of compensation and benefits and set up standard welfare system.
-Provide the opinions and solutions to the improvement of compensation and benefits.
-Participate in the construction of corporate culture, create a working environment and atmosphere in line with corporate culture, organize and arrange team building activities.
-Maintain and review/update plant HR policy and employment process to ensure its efficiency as well as legal compliance.
