岗位职责:
-Document requirements.
-Develop technical requirements.
-Liaise with functional developers.
-Work within Agile delivery framework to ensure updated backlog for developers to work on
-Facilitate defect analysis and testing of dashboard solutions.
-Lead the Reporting Solution Team to deliver change and maintenance support to the global IFRS17 solutions (CSM, MCU, ARE and VPF) and associated internal testing in line with the change lifecycle to support the financial reporting process and comply with all the required governance requirements.
-Engage with stakeholders from across the business, including actuarial, finance and transformation, to identify new initiatives and areas of changes to support business strategy and growth. Ensure financial and operational implications of change to global IFRS solutions and local systems are assessed to support change decisions and implementation plans.
-Connect with the GIR Design Authority and relevant internal governance committee to make sure there is alignment in the Policy, Design, Methodology and Control requirements at all levels.
-Manage the change process through release management with the development of release plans that choreograph the required change and testing, in line with the GIR testing strategy, across global and local components.
-Spearhead initiatives to streamline the reporting processes, including the increased use of automation where possible.
-Ensure required model governance is complete before global models are implemented and where necessary support the completion of any required remediation activities.
-Work closely with other areas of the GIR team to share knowledge and resources, where appropriate, to enable the team’s knowledge to broaden and synergies to be achieved.
-Liaise with audit, SLOD and controls teams, as required, to support the assurance process over the global solutions (Accounting systems and Actuarial models).
-Continue to develop, embed and enhance a close and collaborative relationship between actuarial and finance which is essential for IFRS17 reporting success.
-Oversee the Resourcing Solution Team and take responsibility for the people management of the team and wider resource management and future resourcing plans.
-Look for ways to minimise costs and optimise benefits of potential solutions before implementing. Actively engage key stakeholders to understand different viewpoints, questions, challenges and available options. Constructive discussion and feedbacks are encouraged to achieve the best outcome for the company.
-Employ a growth mindset to identify new initiatives and define issues or problems that are less obvious; lead discussions and help reach consensus in focus groups where problems are discussed and/or resolved.
-High quality delivery of key milestones and assigned projects to fixed, externally set deadlines.
-Bachelors in a technical background like computer science, data analytics, statistics, mathematics, science, etc.
-Experience in programming languages such as Python, R, C, SQL etc.
3-5 years’ experience in a data analytics or business analytics role delivering data analytics / visualization solutions.
-Experience in Cloud solution and data management/data lineage.
-Understanding of and experience with working in agile framework.
-Strong problem solving skills with an ability to work under pressure.

-Knowledge of actuarial science and/or financial reporting and MI from an insurance perspective would be an advantage.
-Excellent communication skills with proficiency in English.
