Job responsibilities:
1. Mechanical design and concept development for non-standard conveyor and/or automatic robot stations for automotive production lines.

2. Handle the design work from concept layout to detailed structural design of complex non-standard mechanical projects. Including: layouts, structural design calculation, and 2D & 3D part drawings, standard component selection and manufacturing parts requirements definition.
处理复杂的非标机械项目中从概念布局到详细结构设计的工作。包括:平面布置图、结构设计计算、二维及三维零件图绘制、标准件选择及制造零件需求定义。
3. Develop cost efficient design and focus on the budget of the project.
开发具有成本效益的设计，关注项目预算。
4. Support sales quotation related work.
Technical concept preparation of non-standard mechanical projects and cost evaluation.
支持销售报价相关工作。
非标机械项目的技术方案编制和成本评估。
5. Technical support, quality supervision and control in the process of manufacturing, assembly and commissioning. Undertake the technical guidance of site installation. Timely meet customer technical consultation and related requirements. Responsible for the preparation of technical documents and customer technical training during project acceptance.
在制造、装配和调试过程中提供技术支持、质量监督和控制。承担现场安装的技术指导。及时满足客户技术咨询及相关要求。负责项目验收过程中技术文件的编写和客户技术培训。
6. Ensure compliance with relevant processes and systems of the mechanical design department. Cooperate with other departments to ensure a smooth project execution.
确保遵守机械设计部门的相关流程和制度。与其他部门合作，确保项目顺利实施。
Job requirements：
- At least 5 years working experience in mechanical non-standard design;
5年以上机械非标设计工作经验；
- Strong experience with CAD Software (e.g. CATIA, Inventor, AutoCAD etc.);
熟练使用CAD软件(如CATIA, Inventor, AutoCAD等)；
- Know how about the processes of automotive production and frequently used production conveyor equipment;
了解汽车生产流程和常用的生产输送设备；
- Able to complete middle / small project independently on drawing design and material selection;
能够独立完成中小型项目的图纸设计和材料选择；
- Experience with cost control of mechanical design and selection of parts;
具有机械设计和零件选型的成本控制经验；
- Education: Bachelor or Master in Mechanical Engineering or similar major;
学历：本科或硕士，机械工程或相关专业；
- English or Germany knowledge preferred;
懂英语或德语者优先；
- Sex requirements: not limited;
