Experience in inspection of Larger components - Geneartor, Blade, gearbox, main shafts, Transfomers,Elcetrical panels Experience in inspection of Sensitive electrical and electronic components - Breakers, Encoders, IGBT, PLC,Driver cards,CCU,Roating joints, electrical motors.Etc. Experience in IMS standards - ISO9001,ISO14001 & ISO 45001 Experience in inspection of Fasteners,Chemical materials,Cables,Fabrication materials, Mechanical components EHS inspection for Warehouse and repair shop, Followup action for inspection findings closure. Monthly/ Quarterly KPI preparation for Performance of Qulaity in WH & RS. Inbound materials NCR 8D analysis. Corrective action implementations. Supplier NC 8D reviews and monitoring corrective actions effectiveness.
