Job Overview:
Provide support for SAP customers.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
1、Queue monitoring.
2、First level incident solving by searching solutions.
3、BI checking and handover work for critical incident.
4、Real time customer support
5、Ensure process quality.
Qualifications
Education, Experience required:
1、Must have Bachelor or above degree (Technology area is preferred)
2、Must be proficient with analysis and communication skills
3、Preferably have one year above of customer service experience
4、 Ability to work in a team environment and be open to change.
5、Ability to pass a background check
6、Fluent English.
