主持公司产品工艺性分析、技术可行性研究与评定工作

Organize meetings to analyze product process, technical feasibility researchand assessment组织制定产品工艺方案、编制工艺文件(过程流程图,Layout,设备、工艺装备清单, FMEA, 作业指导书, 产品/过程特性分析表,特性矩阵图等所涉及的相关支持文件)

Coordinate to build up product process, create process documents( such as: Flow chart,Layout, equipment /device/tool requirment list, PFMEA, work instruction, product/process characteristic analysis list, characteristic matrix and revelent document)

负责生产制造过程工程更改,生产BOM的创建，确认BOM的准备性

Be responsible for process change management and Prodcution BOM creation in SAP system and exact BOM

测算和制定生产效率指标,监控产能.制定提高生产效率和节约成本的解决方案

Measuring and confirm production efficiency index and control capacity. Finding solutions for efficient and cost-saving production

负责生产所需工装及设备的技术谈判\购置\预验收\调试和验收等工作

Procurement of tools and machines for the production,also responsible for negotiate technical specification ,pre-checking ,trial out and acceptance equipment /device and so on.协助项目组开展相关的工作,组织、协调生产制造过程的新产品的导入（生产线的建立以及初期操作人员的培训）

Cooperation at project teams, responsible for new project process development（Line buildup and training the operater for new process) .

制定并更新工艺规划, 熟悉产品制造过程,并能熟练操作,指导操作者.负责生产过程的持续改进。

Creating and changing process plans,Responsible for manufacturing process continuous improvement.

确保现场设备的连续稳定运行及生产出的产品质量合格。

Insure equipment to steadily and in series run to produce quality check out product.

对产品售后的质量问题反馈具有相应的产品、过程工艺分析的能力

With capability of analysis about relative product , process,machine to quanlity warranty problem.

知识技能/KSA掌握所负责生产产品的相关知识，FMEA，SPC，APQP等

Knowledge of relevent product of manufacturing，FMEA，SPC，APQP.遵

守公司的安全规定，个人劳保用品佩戴齐全，严格执行公司安全、环境相关的制度。

英语水平良好

具备规划和分析过程及操作工序的能力

Ability to plan and analyze processes and operating sequence

教育和工作经验/Education and working experice

大学本科以上学历，专业是机械、工程相关，至少三年以上在汽车或制造行业工作的经验Degree or above major in mechanical and Engineering,Min. 3 years of work experience with design in automobile or manufacture field
