岗位职责：

A．Follow and track the tooling schedule to ensure on time and efficient delivery;负责模具进度的跟踪，确保模具的准时、有效交付

-Apply for trial runs;试模申请

-Prepare documents and material needed for the trial runs;试模所需相关材料的准备

-Submit samples on time;试模样品的及时交付

B． Make weekly report on tooling;模具相关周报告的完成

C． Follow and monitor overall tooling progress;模具整体加工进度表的跟踪、维护

D． Others tasks assigned if needed.分配的其他工作事项

E. Analyse part 2D and 3D files from customer, provide part DFM report, and check in general if the part is feasible

分析客户部件的 2D 和 3D 文件, 提供产品的 DFM 报告, 并总体检查部件是否可行

F. Join trial runs, detect problems and support tool supplier and production in debugging all open issues before the project is transferred to mass production
参与试模, 发现问题并提供给模具供应商并在项目转为大量生产以前调试所有的未解决问题.

G. Evaluate dimension reports and discuss how to solve NG dimensions with Quality Department and tool supplier.
评估尺寸报告并和质量部, 模具供应商讨论如何解决 NG 尺寸

任职要求：

• Junior college or above DA]]大专及以上学历

•3-5 years project management/tool design related working experience in automotive industry; 汽车行业3-5年的模具/工程相关工作经验；

•Good computer skills (UG、Office、Moldflow). 良好的电脑技能（UG、Office、Moldflow）

•Communication skills, including presentation, moderation and negotiation techniques. 沟通交流的技能，包括做报告、陈述、演示以及谈判等等。

•Understanding the process of plastic mold processing了解塑胶模具的加工流程。

•Good English skill is preferred 英语良好者优先
