Job Responsibilities:

1. Be responsible for business development in the northern Chinese market, formulate and implement market expansion plans, and increase the company's market share in the northern region.

2. Actively develop new customers, establish and maintain good customer relationships, and conduct business negotiations directly with customers to facilitate cooperation.

3. Have an in-depth understanding of the dynamics of the automotive parts industry, especially the TIER one business, explore potential market opportunities, and provide market strategy suggestions for the company.

4. Independently complete business development work, from customer needs analysis, scheme formulation to contract signing, and follow up the whole process to ensure the smooth progress of the project.

5. Collect market information and competitor dynamics, conduct market research and analysis, and provide a basis for product optimization and market positioning.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above, major is not limited. Candidates with backgrounds in automotive parts or related industries are preferred.

2. Have rich sales experience. Candidates with relevant work experience in the accommodation industry are preferred.

3. Be familiar with the automotive parts TIER one business and have good business reserves and customer resources.

4. Possess excellent business negotiation skills and communication skills, and be able to communicate and cooperate effectively with customers independently.

5. Be motivated, proactive, and have a good work attitude and teamwork spirit.

6. Be able to adapt to business trips and have strong ability and self-motivation.
