Responsibilities:
• Be engaged in, and manage various types of projects and investigations. Manage workflow, costs and take ownership of projects and deliverables effectively. Provide expert, reliable and robust analysis of complex situations for clients.
• Meeting with clients to discuss needs, preparation of project proposal, agreement of engagement, development of working plan, allocation of resources, direction of project team members, delivery and quality assurance.
• Act as client contact throughout projects and contribute to the management of the client relationship.
• Exercise good judgment, demonstrate innovation and adapt working strategies based on results obtained.
• Ensure ethical conduct, quality of services, use of best practices and compliance with policy and SOPs in each project.
• Identify project risks and effectively manage them.
• Contribute to the professional development and evaluation of junior project team members.
• Be driven by professional excellence and a commitment to the values of the PSU brand.
Requirements:
• Strong academic background in the fields of Information analysis, Journalism, International Business, Law, Security Studies or similar.
• 5 years of relevant working experience with in investigative work.
• Prior experience in the field of risk assessment, data analysis, interview technique and/or whistleblower related investigations.
• Strong sense of compliance, attention to detail with a high level of analytical thinking and problem solving skills.
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Mandarin with an excellent ability to compose executive reports.
• Proficient in MS Office, ideally also in investigative methods and analysis tools.
• Proven ability to grasp client needs and consult clients facing various types of risk related challenges. Strong team, project and client management experience, with strong interpersonal skills.

要求:
• 在信息分析,新闻学,国际商务,法律,安全研究等领域具有较强的学术背景。
• 5年相关的调查工作经验。
• 在风险评估,数据分析,访谈技术和/或举报人相关调查领域的经验。
• 强烈的合规意识,注重细节,高水平的分析思维和解决问题的能力。
• 精通英语、普通话的书面和口语表达,具有出色的撰写报告能力。
• 精通Office软件及其他调查方法和分析工具。
• 有能力掌握客户需求并为客户提供各种风险咨询服务。具有强大的团队,项目和客户管理经验和人际交往能力。
