1. End-to-end responsibility forspecified development projects

负责终端到终端的指定的开发的项目

2. Develop new product, produce solution, drawings and documents of products and responsible for all the communication, following up, coordination for issues in the process from purchasing to aftersales

开发新产品, 生成产品技术方案、图纸及技术文件，负责产品从采购到售后的一切问题的沟通、推进、协调

3. Improve existing product document include solution, drawing, documents, contribute to continuous improvement of sourcing channel, product performance, productivity and quality

4. Cooperation and communication with headquarters in Germany on development of new product

5. Drive innovation

6.Assure compliance to all relevant domestic/international regulations/standards/norms as well as to product safety and quality requirements

7. Actively searching/providing the best-in-class technologies among our local and international competitors

Required Qualification

任职资格

1. A minimum experience of 5 years in R&D

至少有5年的研发经验

2. Good knowledge of mechanical engineering and hydraulics, as well as rich experiences in valve design and manufacturing

丰富的机械、流体知识以及阀门设计制造经验

3.Knowledge of HVAC application and products helpful but not mandatory

了解暖通空调产品和应用（但不作为必备条件）

4. Highly motivated team-player,open to cross-functional collaboration

5. High willingness to take responsibility for his/her projects

Education/Training

教育培训

1. A master or bachelor university degree in engineering (i.e. mechanical engineering) or equivalent

2. Familiarity with CAD systems like Solid Works and/or AutoCAD, fluency in flow simulation is highly recommend
