Accountabilities:
1、To assist TA and TA head in managing all the assignments, appointments, meetings and related business activities, schedule daily agenda/tasks and prepare business trip, itinerary for TA head.
2、Support TA on processes initiation and tracking, documentation and put them in relevant system.
3、Others activities request from TA head.
4、To ensure the TA facilities functioning including stationery, telephone, printing, fax, access control, etc. Make sure the consumable materials’ standard and on time supply.
5、Team overall assistance and support. Handle routine administration work and assist teams’ operation, including internal meeting, budget control and routine report.
Knowledge/ Academic Qualification:
1、Bachelor’s degree or above
Skills:
1、Skilled in office software such as Word, Excel, Powerpoint;
2、Good spoken and written English.
Experience:
1、At least 3 years working experience in secretary or assistant position.

1、Ability to work under pressure
2、Ability to work without supervision and to use own initiative
3、Ability to work effectively as a member of a team
4、Team player, is able to communicate effectively with all levels of employees
