Accountabilities：

1、Coach, motivate and develop Medical Science Liaison team members in Oncology relevant therapeutic areas, define objectives for the team and conduct periodic performance evaluation.

2、In cooperation with medical advisor and other stakeholders like sales, develop consistent regional medical communication plan for the country.

3、Identify the gaps in unmet medical needs in each area, and customize the medical plan accordingly.

4、Lead Oncology relevant Medical Science Liaison team to develop the rapport with KOLs, hospitals, medical organization and provincial medical society.

5、Lead the team to support scientific activities and knowledge acquirement in each Area.

6、Ensure the MSL’s scientific activities in compliance with law, regulations and company policies.

Knowledge/ Academic Qualification:

1、Master’s degree or above in clinical medicine

Skills:

1、Fluent both in oral and written English and Chinese

2、Excellent communication and presentation skill

3、Proficiency in Basic Microsoft Word, Powerpoint and Excel.

Experience:

1、Above 7 years in medical relevant working experience, including clinical practice, or pharmaceutical industry, etc.

2、At least 4 years working in pharmaceutical medical affairs as medical advisor or MSL/regional medical advisor.

3、At least 1 year of Managerial experience in medical affairs.
