Create & update training catalog.
For all existed course, build up training Power Point.
Support Key account manager for training case.
Optimize training plans in line with the request from customers.
Conduct the training based on approved training material.
Continue improvement according to training feedback.
Monthly training database update to headquarter.
Qualification
5+years of supplier development/management experience in automotive industry.
Familiar with supplier management procedure, Q3P (Qualification Progressive of Product and Process) understanding and experience is a must.
Rich training experience and good communication capability.
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Good command of English.
