-Have regular meeting with supplier, make sure the supplier part status can meet the project mile stone;
-Check the test with supplier, follow up the test result, make sure the part can be released before customer car;
-Define optimization measures and follow up the optimization progress together with suppliers.
Besides, all components:
-Make sure the data at the right position, the Documentation E, P and KEQS at the right status
-Follow up the ramp up in BBAC, solve all the open issues;
-Cooperative with testing colleagues, solve the possible sub system failures.
