HV-Battery function calibration& validation:
Work scope:
• Calibration& validation of assigned Battery Management Unit functions according to given requirements on HiL, HVB test bench and vehicle.
• Creation of test specifications / test cases and test automation packages.
• Creation of test reports.
• Provision of function calibration& validation status.
• Tracking of open issues.
• Pre-analyses of found issues.
• Retest of bug fixes for defined target I-Step.
Abilities require:
• HV system development relevant working experience.
• English skill for daily business
• Working experience with INCA; ECU-test; vector canalyzer; dSPACE control desk;
• BMW driving license (B1,B2, E1)
• Flash certification (Flash3)
HV-Battery mechanical validation:
Work scope:
• Validation preparation
• Support on validation test
Abilities require:
• English skill for daily business
• Good knowledge in CAN system and tools: CAN, DBC, CAN-FD, Vector CANoe, Vector CAN analyzer, INCA.
• Experience of BMW tools would have additional benefit, such as Ediabas, E-sys and Turbolab.
• Basic knowledge in MATLAB
• Basic knowledge in mechanical engineering to read mechanical drawings, CAD files and understand mechanical dimension, connection, installation
• Experience of providing engineering service to other OEMs within 3 years in NEV (New energy vehicle) powertrain system validation, calibration and testing.
