岗位职责:
2.0JOB SUMMARY
ŸLead design team to accomplish product development job; Create design process, and monitor team to follow design process; Responsible of team management, improvement and stimulation; Other daily management job.
带领设计团队完成产品开发工作;创建设计流程,并监控团队跟踪设计流程;负责团队管理、改进和激励;其他日常管理工作。
3.0KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
ŸStandardize design process for all project development phase by requirement of QMS
ŸGuide and monitor team to follow product design/management process
ŸImprove current process, push new process release
ŸAssign design task to meet new project development requirement
ŸMonitor team member to obey company’s rules
ŸReview the completeness of design documents (DFEMA, Standard, Design check list etc.)
ŸTrack and review developing progress of key project, solve project issues(technical issues, quality issues), provide technical support to customer
ŸLead team to support process design and quality development
ŸImprove team’s skill by IDP competency model, and arrange training accordingly
ŸDraw up KPI for team member, and evaluate regularly
ŸOther job assigned by PE manager
根据QMS的要求,将所有项目开发阶段的设计流程标准化
指导和监督团队遵循产品设计/管理流程
改进现有流程,推送新流程发布
分配设计任务以满足新的项目开发需求
监督团队成员遵守公司规则
审查设计文件(DFEMA、标准、设计检查表等)的完整性
跟踪和审查重点项目开发进度,解决项目问题(技术问题、质量问题),为客户提供技术支持
领导团队支持工艺设计和质量开发
通过IDP能力模型提高团队技能,并相应地安排培训
为团队成员制定关键绩效指标,并定期评估
PE经理分配的其他工作
任职要求:
4.0REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
ŸBachelor or above degree with Mechanical, automotive or engineering related background
ŸMinimum 5 years R&D working experience and at least 2 years management experience in automotive industry
ŸFluent in English and proficient in cross-cultural communication skills, familiar with CAD software
ŸAble to manage multiple priorities
ŸDemonstrate strategic thinking approach and service attitude
ŸProven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
ŸStrong negotiation skills, able to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
ŸExcellent analytical, mathematical and creative problem-solving skills
4.0 所需的教育、经验、知识和技能
具有机械、汽车或工程相关背景的本科及以上学历
5年以上研发工作经验,2年以上汽车行业管理经验
英语流利,精通跨文化沟通能力,熟悉CAD软件
能够管理多个优先级
展示战略思维方法和服务态度
在没有正式授权的情况下影响跨职能团队的能力
较强的谈判能力,能够在高压环境中有效地确定任务的优先级和执行力
出色的分析、数学和创造性解决问题的能力
