工作概要 Position Summary:

负责供应商的日常管理，不良信息的反馈，供应商改进的追踪，配合供应链开发新供应商。

Responsible for daily management of suppliers, feedback of NG information to supplier and tracking improvement result, cooperate with supply chain department to develop new suppliers.

工作职责 Job Description:

- 负责对新供应商的资格认定、现场质量审核和能力评估

Responsible for new supplier qualification, supplier audit and supplier capacity assessment

- 与供应商沟通产品的质量控制方法和质量检验标准；

Communicate with suppliers about product quality control plan and quality inspection standards.

- 对原材料质量管理，新供应商的样品测试及承认、供应商的小批量验证及量产导入.

Management of raw materials quality, sample testing and recognition of new suppliers. New product verification from polit run to mass production launched.

- 不合格物料诊断和分析，原材料质量问题解决

Analyze unqualified materials, solve raw material quality problems.

- 供应商开发计划（质量系统、能力、精益生产等），供应商变更控制

Supplier development plan (quality system, capability, lean production, etc.), supplier change control.

- 定期对供应商质量进行绩效评分，负责供应商的持续质量改进和纠正预防措施的跟踪验证。

Regular performance evaluation of supplier quality, responsible for supplier continuous quality improvement and verification of corrective and preventive actions

任职资格 Qualifications:

- 本科及以上学历；机械制造相关专业，英语CET-4

Bachelor degree or above. Major in mechanical manufacturing. English CET-4.

- 5年以上在机加工等相关行业的供应商管理经验；

At least 5 years supplier management experience in machining industry.

- 熟悉机加工，铸造零件的生产质量管控和制成能力评估；

Familiar with machining, casting parts quality control and manufacturing capacity assessment.

- 熟练运用8D报告来推动供应商问题原因分析和改善措施；

Proficient in using 8D report to drive supplier problem cause analysis and improvement measures.

- 熟悉质量工具，且能辅导供应商熟练运用；具备ISO9001品质体系知识及审核能力；

Familiar with quality tools, and can guide suppliers to skillfully use; ISO9001 quality system knowledge and audit ability.

- 工作积极主动，良好的职业操守，能够团队合作，较好的沟通表达能力和学习能力；

Proactive, good professional ethics, teamwork spirit, good communication skills and learning ability.

- 思维清晰，理解能力强；能够接受一定的出差安排。

Clear thinking and strong understanding ability; Be able to accept certain travel arrangements.
