The Senior Manager - MDM & Data Governance works closely with business MDM team to design, develop, deploy, and support local MDM products, and ensures data being managed properly according to data governance principles, policies, and best-practices, and delivers secured and highly trusted data through the execution of core activities: data acquisition, definition of data ownership, data quality management, metadata management and data security management.

Major responsibilities of this role are:

1. Managing MDM products
2. Working with global D&A team to design and implement data governance principles, policies, processes and tools
3. Developing data governance operating model to ensure operation excellence in data acquisition, data quality management, metadata management and data security management
4. Driving data democratization by putting in place the process of data cataloging, data discovery, and data accessibility

Requirements:

1. Education
- Bachelor’s degree or above in computer science, mathematics or equivalent.
- Master in relevant areas will be a plus.
2. Skills/Experience Required
- At least 8+ years of experience in managing data/digital project
- Experienced with data modeling / design/ implementation and API developments
- Experienced with agile WoW and scrum project management methodology
- Deep understanding of Data Management Book of Knowledge (DMBOK) practices and data governance framework
- Good at stakeholder management
- Good English and communication skills
