岗位职责:

"1.Do finish failure analysis about reject on time from customer,RA Lab,new porject and function fail of product; do deep analysis on PCBA,FPC,B/L,TFT panel,driver IC,other parts of LCM, relative electric design and product process engineering according to the display phenomenon , then confirm the failure mode.

针对客诉、RA不良、新产品不良、产线功能不良在规定时间内展开专业失效分析，根据LCM显示的不良状况，对模组进行深入分析，包括PCBA、FPC、B/L、其他配件、TFT panel、IC、相关的电子电路设计及生产组装工艺，明确失效机理。"

"2.Provide the professional LCM FA report with English，which contain the failrue mode, clarifing the failure mechanism, the analysis steps have strict logic;

提供英文版专业的LCM失效分析报告，其内容应明确不良失效模式，阐明失效机理，分析步骤过程具有严格的逻辑性；"

3.Give out corrective improve suggestion to production line and vendor according to the FA result;依据分析结论向产线或供应商提供相对的改善建议

4.Help design team to improve the module display quality on the new project accrording to the FA result;依据分析结论协助新品设计团队提高模组显示质量

"5.Support CQ to explain the failure mode to the customer;

协助CQ向客户解释失效模式"

6.Summary of each side returned module analysis result regularly,classfy the failure mode, provide powerful support for the production line to improve the control plan, reduce the client PPM.定期汇总各side退返品分析结论，对不良失效模式进行归类，为产线改善管控计划提供有力支撑，降低客户端投诉PPM。

任职要求:

"1.Bachelor degree or above, graduated from physics, chemistry, materials, electronic or related discipline, familiar with the principle of semiconductor devices

本科以上学历，材料、物理、化学、电子等理工科相关专业毕业，熟悉半导体器件工作原理"

"2.More than 5 years of TFT FA or development work experienc

5年以上TFT行业FA或研发工作经验

"3.Understand TFT module each process;

了解TFT模组生产工艺各段制程；"

"4.Understand the principle of product function design

了解产品功能设计的原理"

"5.Good english ability.

良好的英语读写能力。"
