Responsibilities
Ø ·Manage, operate, control and develop the Technical Centre China to
ensure availability of the technical customer support for the domestic market (
via sales team)
Ø Provide technical support to sales team
Ø Coordinate resources for customer requests within the Technical
Centre
Ø Coordinate the qualification of new processes (including beta site
tests) in regard of local marketing demands
Ø Communication/ information exchange ( especially about new processes
and market specific demands) with other Technical Centers of the group and the
Global Product Management and R&D
Ø Set up and coordinate annual plan for technical training
Ø Support the control of the department selling and consumable
expenses as well as the investment plan for the Technical Centre China
Ø Execute and complete other tasks designated by superior
Ø ·Ensure EHSQ responsibility
Qualifications
Ø Post- graduate or bachelor's Degree in Chemistry or Applied
Chemistry, or related field
Ø 5-7 years job experience in chemical industry preferred
Ø People management
Ø Good command in English ( written and verbal) is essential
Ø Good communication skills
Ø Computer literate
Ø Methodical and systematic in problem solving
Ø Job experience in a technical management position
Ø >3 years chemical laboratory experience
Ø >5 years job experience in surface finishing industry
