- Follow-up on payment collections and ensure on-time payment from the customers.
- Functional leadership to junior sales and providing daily coaching.

- Analysis competitors and derive actions plan to defend our position.
- Provides China TPU market surveillance/market intelligence in specific area.
- Conduct studies/analysis on market trend, competitors, products' applications and technology,
service needs.

- With Country Sales Leader: Aligns customer strategy and targets with country sales plan.
- With Marketing/Strategy: Support public relation and marketing communication campaign for
related business.
- With R&D/TD: Request product developments needs and support its implementation.
- With Global Key account management: Alignment with GKA strategy and execution.
Main Requirements:-
-Experience in footwear products (project development, design, project manager, etc.)
-Familiar with the footwear value chain
-Having sales experience or potential for sales, passionate about sales work
- Good communication skill in both Chinese and English
- Good presentation skill -Proactive, diligent and eager to learn, accepting business trips (mostly in the South China region,
with a small portion in the East China region)
