职位信息
1.Work and oversee the key customers’ sales activities under company’s value and culture.
2.Develop and manage the implementation of key account strategy, business plan and budget in order to achieve/exceed the sales quotas.
3.Continuously analyze key market drivers and adjust/implement sales, engineering and marketing systems to produce significant, profitable and strategic results.
4.Implement lever sales strategy to increase market penetration.
5.Understand market and industry trends to approach to potential business opportunity (including new energy vehicle) in the guideline of strategic intent statement.
6.Develop and maintain strategic business relationship with leadership of KAM/global account manager in order to promote brand and develop business relationship.
任职要求:
1.Bachelor degree major in Engineering, Marketing.
2.Minimum 3 years of automobile parts sales working experience in a global environment company.
3.Excellent interpersonal skills. Effective communication skills (both in English and Chinese) and communicates information on a timely basis.
4.Stress tolerance and willing to travel.
