Location: Nanjing About the Role We are seeking an Associate Product Manager to support the operational execution andcross-functional coordination of our protein services and catalog product portfolio. This role is ideal for candidates with 2+ years of experience in project management, technical support, or technical sales within the life sciences or biotech industry who are eager to develop product management and business strategy skills. You will work closely with product managers to support product launches, marketing initiatives, and customer/internal requests, gaining exposure to product strategy, lifecycle management, and go-to-market planning. This position provides a strong foundation for developing business acumen and strategic thinking in a product management career path. Key Responsibilities · Support product lifecycle operations, including product launch planning, documentation management, and coordination with internal stakeholders · Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g.,R&D, operations, marketing, sales) to ensure smooth execution of product and service initiatives · Assist in addressing customer and internal team needs related to product capabilities, feasibility, and technical scope clarification · Maintain and update key product materials such as training decks, FAQs, price lists, and technical documentation · Contribute to market and customer research to inform roadmap development and continuous product improvement · Assist in executing marketing activities including campaign coordination, content preparation, and digital updates · Support performance tracking through data gathering, KPI reporting, and pricing analysis Qualifications · Bachelor’s or advanced degree in biological sciences, biotechnology, molecular biology, or a related field · 2+ years of experience in the life sciences or biotech industry · Strong execution and organizational skills, with the ability to manage timelines and collaborate across departments · Interest in developing strategic product management and marketing skills · Familiarity with protein expression, molecular biology, or synthetic biology applications is a plus · Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive and collaborative work style
