1. Maintain, audit, update all documentation for IATF and ISO standards;

2. Establish a system of comprehensive statistical and cause-effect analysis to isolate, explain and solve any defect encountered during goods inspection in the laboratory;

3. Collaborate with production, technical and sales departments to support during customer audits and other customer-related problem solving processes;

4. Manage the laboratory, establish and maintain a system of 5s management in the laboratory, establish KPIs for the laboratory team, ensure correctness of data from laboratory;

5. In charge of supplier quality audit, planning of test on incoming materials , responsible to develop and follow up implementation of corrective actions in case of complaints due to raw material;

6. Support / participate in the creation of documentation such as PPAP, Quality analysis, 8D report, supplier audit report;

7. Management of test equipment and information (availability, quality) within quality related systems such as Blome, U8 and SAP;

8. the continuous improvement team produce relevant reports and suggestions on improvements to the production, quality and factory management processes with special focus on cost reductions (scrap, raw materials, quality issues) and process improvement (Kaizen, reduction of rework);

9. Foster and support implementation of lean management tools such as VSM, 5s, Poka-Yoke to improve process management and quality control;

10. Initiation and monitoring of the effectiveness of the corrective actions for existing quality issues and development of preventive actions to solve potential quality issues;

11. Coordination of quality tests in production;

12. In charge of contact with both internal and external customers regarding quality questions, coordinating with sales / product engineering / technical service;

13. Coordination of quality trainings, responsible for quality department training and HR budget;

14. Preparation / Execution / support and follow up of internal process audits, product audits and customer audits in coordination with head of IMS, group;

15. Technical assistance in the preparation of external emergency plans;

16. Creation of SOP and work instructions for all processes related to quality management;

17. Responsible for calculating the cost of claims, quality defects and its impact to company operations;

18. Responsible for solving safety issues (potential and existing) with relevant EHS positions;

19. Support for new product development;

20. Overall responsible for auditing the quality of 5s in the whole company and for following up implementation of corrective measures

21. Ensure consistency of reporting and product inspection and compliance with relevant regulations of the P.R. of China 22. Producing and implementing a vision of “how quality department will look like in 3-5 years”
