MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Implement ToysRUs store expansion in China with company's strategy. Open new stores according to company yearly plan.

2. Enter new city and deeply develop big cities,e.g. BJ and SH.

3. Coordinate with Finance and Lawyer to ensure new store operates safely.

4. Ensure open new stores with sales target.

5. Implement store renew or termination.

6. Keep good relationship with key landlords.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

1. Bachelor's degree and above.

2. At least 8 years related working experience.

3. Have good interpersonal communication skills.

4. Can manage time/task conflict at work.

5. Can use different ways/methods to motivate others and create a climate in which people want to do their best.

6. Ability and willingness to travel domestic frequently.
