你的主要工作包括:
1 负责授权国家和地区的市场调研,形成定期的市场信息报告,为公司市场团队优化决策提供有效的信息支持;
2 负责授权区域的优质客户开发和管理,代表公司以良好的形象维护和深化客户关系,提升客户合作紧密度;
3 深入了解客户需求和发展的动态,必要时协同公司技术等力量提升公司产品和服务的差异化优势,更好满足客户需求,支撑客户的长远成功;
4 及时了解掌握客户的需求计划,制定区域内产品销售滚动计划,为计划团队提供准确的信息输入;

This position belongs to the company
s first-level key department - Industrial Products Marketing Department, with a team of nearly 20 people. This department aims to provide customers with high-quality products and services by building first-class technical marketing capabilities and continuously improve customer satisfaction and product profitability.
You are ready to:
1 Responsible for market research in authorized countries and regions, and form regular market information reports to provide effective information support for the company
s marketing team to optimize their decisions.
2 Responsible for the development and management of high-quality customers in authorized areas, maintain and deepen customer relationships with a good image on behalf of the company, and enhance customer cooperation.
3 Deeply understand the customer demand and development trends, and when necessary, cooperate with the company
s technology and other forces to enhance the differentiated advantages of the company
s products and services, better meet customer demand and support customers
long-term success.
4 Understand the customer
s demand plan in time, make a rolling plan for product sales in the region, and provide accurate information input for the planning team.
任职要求:
我们希望你:
1 统招本科及以上学历,化学、化学工程与工艺等相关专业优先;
2 有5-8年及以上化工或农化行业销售或市场经验,有跨国公司工作经验或服务跨国公司客户经验者优先;
3 责任心和服务意识强,有开拓精神和竞争意识,沟通表达能力强;
4 英语听说读写流利;
You MUST have:
1 Unified recruitment of full-time undergraduate and above, with priority given to chemistry, chemical engineering and technology and other related majors.
2 Have 5-8 years or more sales or marketing experience in the chemical or agrochemical industry, working experience in multinational companies or experience in serving multinational customers is preferred.
3 Have a strong sense of responsibility and service, a pioneering spirit and a sense of competition, and have strong communication and expression skills.
4 Be fluent in English at work.
