岗位职责:

工作内容：

1.模具评估与分析：对新产品的设计模具进行评估和分析。

Evaluate and analyze design molds for new products.

2.问题解决：针对注塑成型中的疑难问题，提出合理解决方案并实施。

Propose and implement effective solutions for challenging issues in injection molding.

3.试模与工艺优化：负责新产品试模，确定最佳成型工艺参数。分析产品模具问题并提供解决方案。

Conduct trial molding for new products and determine optimal molding process parameters.Analyze and resolve mold-related issues.

4.生产问题分析：对生产中的不良产品进行工艺和制程分析，提供改进建议并跟踪实施效果。

Analyze process and manufacturing issues for defective products, provide improvement suggestions, and track implementation results.

任职要求

1.教育背景：大专及以上学历，高分子材料相关专业优先。

College degree or above, preferably in Polymer Materials or related fields.

2.工作经验：6年以上注塑相关工作经验。

6+ years of experience in injection molding.

3.技能要求：熟练使用基本办公软件（如Office Word）。熟练操作AutoCAD、Pro/E等绘图软件。熟悉各种高分子材料和工程塑料的特性。

Proficient in basic office software (e.g., Office Word).Skilled in using CAD software such as AutoCAD and Pro/E.Familiar with various polymer materials and engineering plastics.

4.语言能力：良好的英语水平。

Good command of English.
