Key responsibilities:
1.Create mechanisms to track project progress towards milestones and goals, consolidate information from multiple sources and communicate updates to stakeholders.

2.Closely monitoring full lifecycle of project’s progress, risk management and change management are right in place.
密切监控项目周期,及时做好风险管理和变更管理
3.Set metrics to define process success, track KPIs and report out to vary levels of leadership.
制定相关绩效考核,跟踪KPI结果并向不同层级的负责人汇报情况
4.Identify and eliminate root causes of defects to improve the quality of different process line, improve customer satisfaction.
识别并解决问题根源从而提高业务质量及客户满意度
5.Provide effective support to team to make sure the success of projects.
为团队提供有效的支持以确保项目转移/交接成功
Requirements:
1.Minimum 3 years related work experience in MNC and shared service center / BPO
3年或以上制造业财共享中心业务流程外包转移经验
2.Strong project management skills and experience
较强的项目管理能力和经验
3.Excellent communication and people management skills
出色的沟通技巧和管理能力
4.Solid accounting domain knowledge
精通相关财务知识
5.Culture awareness and working in international environment.
能快速适应/融入国际化办公环境
6.Process improvement experience, Lean Six Sigma / Green belt certificate.
有流程优化经验,持有六西格玛/绿带证书
7.RPA implementation experience
有RPA实施经验
8.Fluent communication in English
