Duties and Responsibilities
• Enter property, company and transaction information into the Research database
• Coordinate with Research team to increase data completeness and improve data quality
• Regularly monitor data quality dashboards to proactively monitor when inaccurate and incomplete data is entered in the system and quickly correct or escalate issues to the local market researcher
• Correct inaccurate location information within the database based on a geographic hierarchy
• Participate in ad hoc data management projects as and when required
• Provide required other supports to Research team’s research of commercial property sector, including data upload, chart formatting, data analysis, etc.
Other required tasks may include
• Ensuring productivity and efficiency levels meet business requirement
• Approaching key stakeholders and deliverables with a best-in-class service provider attitude
• Actively participating in the development of best practices, training materials, standard operating procedures, and standardized tools
• Acting as a mentor and providing training and guidance when required to team members
Key skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Experience in using a property management/lease administration system preferred
• Strong organizational and interpersonal communication skills
• Flexibility/Adaptability: Readiness to change, receptive to new ideas
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and effectively handling and prioritizing stakeholder requests
• Able to provide solutions and strategies for stakeholder needs and concerns
• Persistent in efforts, practice care and caution when completing work
Employee Specification
• Graduation (B.A., BBA, B.Com) with equivalent work experience in research/operations related profile
• A minimum of 0-1 year’s industry experience required either in the corporate environment, third party service provider or as a consultant;
• Experience with ArcGIS, Tableau, PowerBI, and Python is preferred
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Strong attention to detail and good organizational, interpersonal skills required
• The ability to work under pressure and prioritise work assigned and adhere to tight deadlines
