What this job involves
1.负责所有设施设备的预防性维护体系维护及执行。
2.制定所有设施设备系统的月度维护、季度维护、半年度维护、年度维护计划，并跟据系统的运行的生命周期给与延长寿命的方案。
3.处理设施设备如暖通系统、高低压电气系统、消防系统、各类特种设备出现的紧急情况，在设备故障发生时能有效时间进行分析和判断，控制事态扩大，对运行维护数据能进行分析处理，并寻找资源，尽快解决。
4.每天检查关键环境中的设施运行状态，以发现任何异常情况，立即时安排维修。
5.应客户的要求对家具、灯具、电力、插座等小规模的修理作业。
6.协调和监督每周的任何维修和维护作业。
7.月度总结，汇总当月完成维护维保和维修的情况。
8.根据设施设备的运营情况，年度分析其状态，并制定长远的生命周期的维保和保养。
9.根据丰富的经验，提出现场缺陷整改或者节能减排方案。
10.根据客户需求负责制定小项目改造需求方案以及项目验收。
11.对客户现场所有外包的Hard-Service供应商定期维保的对接和管理
12.根据客户EHS的要求和相关国家规范，确保现场所有的工作符合相关规定。
13.全力协助客户现场的其他需求。
