Your Tasks

1. Understanding the functionality of VON ARDENNE vacuum coating systems (PVD) and auxiliary equipment;

2. Installing VON ARDENNE vacuum coating systems (PVD, mainly sputter technology) and auxiliary equipment;

3. Understanding the technical requirement of customers;

4. Providing telephone, e-mail and on-site support for customers, also after business hours;

5. Supporting customers with identifying issues, troubleshooting and analyzing technical and technological issues

6. Taking corrective measures;

7. Communicating with the service department of VON ARDENNE in China and at the headquarters;

8. Reporting in accordance with corporate guidelines;

9. Any other tasks assigned by the VON ARDENNE service management.

了解冯阿登纳真空镀膜系统（PVD）和辅助设备的功能；

安装冯阿登纳真空镀膜系统（PVD，主要是溅射技术）和辅助设备；

了解客户的技术要求；

为客户提供电话、电子邮件和现场支持；

协助客户发现问题、排除故障并分析技术和工艺问题；

采取纠正措施；

与冯阿登纳在中国和总部的服务部门沟通；

根据公司指导原则进行报告；

冯阿登纳服务管理部门指派的其他任务。

YOUR PROFILE

Bachelor′s degree required;

2+ years of experience as service engineer in a foreign or JV company;

Good knowledge of PC hardware and software (Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, e-Mail);

Profound knowledge about the mechanical and electrical parts of PVD vacuum coating systems;

Preferred: experience with roll-to-roll vacuum coaters using sputter deposition;

Basic knowledge about the mechanical and electrical parts;

Ability to work customer and team oriented;

Good communication skills;

Very good command of spoken and written English and Chinese is mandatory for this position; speaking German is a plus;

High ability to work independently and without direct support and supervision;

Customer-oriented, problem-solving work style;

Establishing and maintaining an excellent corporate image of VON ARDENNE;

Travelling, both domestically and internationally, also overnight, if necessary.

良好的沟通技能；

具备良好的中英文口语和写作能力；会说德语者更佳；

独立工作能力强，无需直接支持和监督；

国内外出差。
