岗位职责:
Seasoned professional who initiates and transforms business opportunities into well-designed customer solution and integrates upper- and lower-stream collaboration with internal and external resources
Key contact point who bridges regulation policies and company healthcare management practice and supervises healthcare business operation aligned with guidelines
Lead VAS solution design to support insurance products development, distribution sales, fulfill customer needs and enhance customer experience
Collaborate with all internal relevant stakeholders and accomplish service procurement complying with MetLife China due diligence policy
Analyze and exploit customer data to build up various dimensions of VAS business impact, utilization, channels distribution and enclosing degree
Lead regulation policies study and gap analysis to generate/improve/ internal management guideline, and support internal compliance/risk management
Coordinate with internal teams and manage external vendors to continuously optimize the service quality and process to enhance customer satisfaction
Lead and manage digital VAS related initiatives/projects in China to develop good customer experience in line with MetLife regional strategies
任职要求:
Above 8 years working experience in the insurance or other financial industry and above 5 years of VAS management and familiar with management expertise
Have marketing experience is preferred
Strong project management skills and experience in a MNC environment
Advanced skill in cross-function cooperation
Strong communication skills in both Chinese and English
Good business sense and negotiation skill
Good analysis capabilities
Good ppt and excel skill
