Job Description:

• Report to Finance Lead

• Responsible for region-wide Accounts Payable function

• Manage the accounts payable related processes, support and review the work of a remote team which handle for the day-to-day payment operation

• Design, control and strengthen the accounts payable processes and reports

• Assist in formulating and implementation of accounting, internal control policies and processes for accounts payable function

• Conduct training for new process to a remote team where applicable.

• Lead and undertake ad hoc projects

Job Requirements:

• University degree with accounting professional qualification

• Minimum 10 years solid and relevant experience from a sizeable company with at least 3 years in a managerial position

• Excellent command in both written and spoken Chinese, English and Mandarin.

• Proficiency in MS Office.

• Organized, detail-oriented and able to work under pressure

• Ability to led change, highly motivated team player with positive attitude. Possess good leadership and management skills

• Analytical and proactive in problem solving
