Position Summary: The administrative assistant will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to the director. The incumbent will handle travel arrangement, expense processing, scheduling meetings, and other administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process travel expenses for the director, including preparing and submitting expense reports in a timely manner.

• Arrange meetings, including scheduling, coordinating meeting rooms, and notifying the director of the meeting details.

• Coordinate travel arrangements for the director, including booking transportation and accommodations as required.

• Assist in general administrative tasks, such as handling incoming calls, managing mail, and maintaining office supplies.

• Perform data entry and maintain records related to travel expenses, meetings, and other administrative tasks.

• Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 -3 years of work experience in a similar role with a bachelor's degree

• Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Attention to detail and accuracy in managing administrative tasks.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
