Responsibilities:
Provide payroll related service to ensure the delivery of payroll with accuracy on time.
Take governance to ensure the payroll and benefits in compliance with all government regulations and company policy.
Interpreting reports need from business and developing tailored reports for forecast, actual, comparison, cost analysis and other related needs for C&B strategy making and cost management.
Optimize and manage the payroll process and vendor service in its entirety and consistent ways.
Payroll & IIT daily management and execution.
Review all the changes of the salary caused by movements such as promotion, transfer, new hire, exit and other related information updated and implemented in payroll with compliance and accuracy.
Calculate kinds of bonus and final pay, adjust and update allowance/special payout along with regular payroll process.
Cross check and ensure the payroll data uploaded into the payroll system correctly and timely.
Monitor and ensure the payroll related processes kick off with enough cycle time to meet the delivery.
Social insurance and housing fund policies interpretation and management.
Monitor and ensure about the IIT application, deduction, and commission refund.
Responds to employee requests and answers questions about payroll.
Attendance daily management and execution
Responsible for employee payroll calculation and implementation of payroll and benefit policies.
Summarize, verify and follow up employees' attendance data, including the management and statistics of transfer, leave and overtime.
Maintain and manage the attendance system to ensure the accuracy and timely update of data.
Regularly generate attendance reports and analyze data to provide basis for HR decision-making.
Handle employees' special cases such as leave and overtime work to ensure the fairness and rationality of attendance management.
Audit & Compliance
Tracking related governance policy such as labor law, social insurance and benefit and IIT change to adjust internal procedures and policies update and change to ensure the compliance.
Main participant in HR internal & external audits.
Requirements:
· Bachelor degree or above in Accounting, Human Resources, Business or related field;
· Payroll and attendance working experience is more preferred;
· Strong ability in reporting, including reports understanding, optimization and analysis;
· Proven excellent attention to detail and a high level of confidentiality;
· Proactively seek and provide creative approaches to problem solving and process improvement;
· Good written and verbal communication skills.
