Job Description
Assisting the Company in the identification of potential tenants (clients , the companies which lease industrial property – warehouses, manufacturing, labs, office and other types of industrial property);
Assisting the Company in contacting and communicating with potential tenants;
Assisting the Company in the preparation of minutes of meetings, presentations to potential tenants and recording all contacts made by the Employee into Company’s internal information system
Organizing and attending meetings with potential tenants as requested by the Company subject to prior reasonable notice and our availability;
Assisting the Company in liaising with the various parties involved with a view to achieve a satisfactory and timely execution of the lease agreements or relevant agreements with potential tenants
Other duties based on the Company’s request related to potential tenants
Education, Qualification and Experience
Bachelor's degree in real estate related disciplines
Minimum 5 years’ experiences in real estate manager or similar role
Good appreciation of industrial property matters being able to understand the basics of the local and wider property markets
Proactive, strong communication, and good leadership ability
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to present a professional and knowledgeable person
Organize and priorities tasks so that they are efficiently completed within an agreed time frame
Provide concise and clear written communication with accurate and excellent attention to detail
Sociable and outgoing team player who deals effectively with colleagues and clients
Fluent in Mandarin and English
