Job Responsibilities:
1、Sales Strategy Planning: Formulate and execute regional sales strategies in accordance with the company's objectives. Conduct in-depth analyses of market trends, customer needs and competitive landscapes. Make accurate sales forecasts and manage budgets to ensure the achievement of goals.
2、Customer Relationship Maintenance and Expansion: Build long-term and stable relationships with key customers, provide customized solutions, actively explore new business opportunities, and efficiently handle various customer issues to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
3、Business Collaborative Development: Collaborate with departments such as marketing and product development to innovate products and activities. Participate in industry events to increase brand awareness and influence and expand the business scope.
Qualifications:
1、Bachelor's degree or above in business administration, marketing or other related majors. Master's degree is preferred.
2More than five years of sales management experience in the coatings or chemical products industry with outstanding achievements.
3、Be proficient in coatings products, market dynamics and customer behaviors. Possess excellent leadership, team management, communication, negotiation and market analysis and decision-making abilities. Fluent in English, and it's better to master languages related to the target markets.
4、 Be able to accept frequent domestic and international business trips.
