Responsibility:

• Debt compliance management including covenant monitoring, preparation of compliance certificates to external stakeholders;
• Assessment and implementation of the Group's long term capital strategy;
• Capital structure modeling and reporting, including assessment of impact to CF and P&L, FX forecast;
• Assistance with capital raisings, including analysis of funding and hedging requirements;
• Preparation of reporting to Board;
• Lender KYC requirements;
• Maintain and build relationships with financial counter-parties and advisors;
• Support financing-related projects if any;
• Other ad-hoc tasks as required.

Qualifications:
• University Degree in finance or accounting, Commerce, CPA/CFA/ACCA preferred
• At least 5-year corporate finance work experience, with bank background preferred
• Fluent in speaking/written English
• Good financial analysis/modelling skill, communication skill, coordination capability and multitask management
• Quick learner, self-motivated, detailed-oriented
