2 General Description
Close cooperation with OPS supervisor to ensure cargo and documentation flow at the same pace
3 Specific Accountabilities
• Proactive problem solving, take the lead to handle contingent case if occur and actions as client instructions
• Control and reduce operating costs, supply competitive services and price.
• Work with implementation team to implement SOP.
• Continuous improvement task taker to maintain high level services to dedicated client
4 Skills Required
• Self-starter, performance driven with good analytical, planning and time management skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
5 Experience and Qualifications
• University Degree or recognized professional qualification as university equivalent
• Minimum 1 years’ relevant experience in logistics management;
• Experienced in coordinate process ,re-engineering and performance improvement program
• Familiar with customs affairs especially bonded customs
• If familiar with railway operation process, will be plus.
• Customer focused
• Ability to handle conflict and ambiguity in work situations
• Fluent in both written and spoken English
