Position Accountabilities:
⚫ Responsibility for achieving Sales targets
⚫ To work with product team to develop existing clients or potential clients on Land
Transport business include: Domestic Road/ Asia Landbridge/ Eurasia Landbridge in
generating and concluding transportation business opportunities
⚫ Delivers co-ordination of end-to-end business development process:
✓ Customer interface with the aim to build good customer/corporate relationships
✓ Pricing / commercial analysis
✓ Proposal generation
✓ Close work with branch field sales to develop land opportunities for growth target
⚫ Identification of potential customers and building relationships through proactive &
reactive business proposals
Requirement:
⚫ Passionate; Ambition; Target result driven; Under pressure
⚫ Minimum 2 years’ experience in related industry, Express/Linehaul/LTL/Trucking
platform background is preferred
⚫ Experience in 3PL Contract Management, transportation operation
⚫ Familiar with local logistics market, competition, and customer/product category is
preferred
⚫ Good communication skills and Excellent interpersonal skills
⚫ Ability to work effectively in a customer driven deadline environment
⚫ Own sales distribution channels and customer resources would be an advantage
KPI measurement:
⚫ Target contract/realized revenue fulfillment monthly or quarterly
⚫ Sales call and customer visit daily or weekly
⚫ Qualified RFQ or enquiry weekly and monthly
⚫ Pipeline and sales cloud quality and maintenance
