1.General Description
*Assist Supervisor - Warehouse in handling warehouse operations including incoming, storing, inventory management, value-added, pick & pack, distribution, performance tracking and housekeeping etc. to ensure smooth and efficient operations in all the logistics processes and distribution network for assigned customer.
2.Specific Accountabilities
*Lead the team to handle incoming and outgoing shipments, put-away, value added service, pick and pack, accessory packing of all products with care and not to cause any damages.
*Ensure daily operations are fully following the SOPs, and ensure the quantity and quality of goods in and out of the warehouse are in line with documentation and meet KPIs.
*Perform daily / monthly inventory count with 100% accuracy.
*Keep product in their designated marked area to ensure accuracy of the operations.
*Report any irregularities to Supervisor - Warehouse.
*Perform warehouse housekeeping duties including cleaning, re-packaging etc. to ensure aisle and racking are always clean and tidy.
*Comply with all safety regulations and strictly follow the forklift driving regulations to minimize workplace accidents.
*Well complete 5S in warehouse.
*Perform any special duties / projects as assigned by the management.
3.Skills Required
*With good interpersonal skills
*Knowledge of WMS would be an advantage
*Basic ability for English reading
*Able to lead a team to work
4.Experience and Qualifications
*College or above
*Minimum 3 years of experience in 3rd party logistics service
*Minimum 1 years of team leader experience
*Similar working experience in a foreign company is preferred.
