1.Develop software for new series AGV, including system onboard software, onboard applications, MCU software for controllers etc. Make sure it delivers on time on quality.

2.Conduct technical evaluations, develop a reliable and reasonable software development plan.

3.Conduct product requirement analysis, safety requirement analysis, solution design; write technical requirement document and solution document. Make sure those documents are reviewed and approved.

4.Conduct software and product test, including auto unit test, simulation test, field test. Work with validation team to fix bugs.

5.Maintain existing products and continuously develop new features.

6.Customer-oriented, focus on customer pain points, focus on competitors, and continue to innovate in product development.

7.Cooperate with global team, integrate to global, learn from global, contribute to global.

8.Other activities which meet the overall requirement of technology and product roadmap.

9.Develop customer option projects.

10.Technical support for sales team.

11.Technical support for factory. Make sure product is produce smoothly and efficient.

1.Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Computer Science, Software Engineering or automation or a related field.

2. At least 8 years of software development experience, including at least 3+ years of ROS or related robotics platform development and management experience. Have the vehicle-related industry is a plus.

3. Best knowledge in C/C++, expert on application development for Linux, MCU/CAN BUS/Linux device driver development.

4.Familiarity with TCP/IP protocols and network programming model in Linux.

5. Experience in R&D Mangement, Professional Software Background, Mobile Automation Industries Know-how.
6. Good communication skills in English and collaboration skills.
7.Good team management and leadership skills, able to motivate and manage team members.
