工作职责 Responsibility
1. 定义整车全场景用户体验交互逻辑，对整车内外感知决策系统提出关键体验需求；
The user experience interaction logic of the whole scene of the vehicle was defined,
and the key experience requirements for the internal and external perception
decision system of the vehicle were proposed
2. 根据整车产品输入进行功能交互和整车体验的目标确认和方案设计；
Perform functional interaction and vehicle experience objective confirmation and
scheme design based on vehicle product input
3. 对竞品及行业用户交互体验发展动态进行研究和趋势分析，深挖前瞻体验方案；
Conducted research and trend analysis on the development trends of competitive
products and industry user interactive experience, and find forward experience
solutions
4. 根据用户场景和体验需求输出相关的设计准则和开发标准，并对体验开发状态进行跟
踪、评审和验证；
Output related design criteria and development standards according to user
scenarios and experience requirements, and track, review and verify the status of
experience development;
5. 对比亚迪现有及未来产品进行体验研究和改进，根据产品使用场景，结合用户体验，不
断优化和提升并推动落实；
Improving the current and future HMI products of BYD, continuously optimize and
improve to concrete.
6. 积极同项目组、系统、软硬件相关团队推进体验落地实现。
Actively coordinate the project team, system, software and hardware related teams

任职资格 Qualification
1. 有整车厂相关项目经验者优先，5年以上用户体验设计及相关工作经验；
Experience in OEM-related projects is preferred. More than 5 years experience in
user experience design and related work
2. 有用户心理、用户体验、UX/UI等方面的知识理论积累和实践经验；
Have accumulated knowledge, theory and practical experience in user psychology,
user experience, UX/UI, etc
3. 较强的沟通理解能力及成熟的设计方法论;
Have strong communication and understanding skills, and mature design
methodology.
4. 有较好的跨团队协作及业务推进能力，确保体验方案的高效高质交付落地；
Strong cross-team collaboration and business promotion ability to ensure efficient
and high-quality delivery of experience solutions
5. 优秀的英语沟通和表达能力。
Excellent communication and expression ability in English.
