PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES（主要职责）
Drive continuous improvement and sharing of best operation practices at the Gasification Unit.
对气化装置现场操作进行持续改进，并分享气化装置运行经验。
Training new operating staff for the Gasification Shift Ops Team.
对本班新的气化装置现场运行人员进行岗位培训。
The Field Operator must check and patrol routinely the units stable running and follow the Deputy Lead Operator and Lead Operator’s order to deal with the field operation upset to meet the plant running reliability requirement.
气化外操必须做好日常巡查，遵照副操和主操的指示和要求，对现场操作故障进行处理和检查确认，使气化单元稳定可靠运行。
The Field Operator can handle the emergency matters in Gasification Unit led and coordinated by Lead Operator according to the Emergency Program and follow the Deputy Lead Operator’s Order to recovery the Unit which tripped or Emergency shutdown.
气化外操应能在主操的带领下，根据预想事故处理方案对气化单元作现场紧急处理，并在副操的指令下协助恢复已跳车或停车单元的运行。
Follow designed analytic requirements (analytic items and frequency) and/or Lead operator’s detailed requests to execute site sampling tasks according to standard safely Sampling Program. Execute safety check for sampling valves after sampling. Responsible for maintenance and safety check of Sampling Facilities & Tools. Strictly prohibit to use unsafe Sampling Facilities & Tools.
严格按照分析频次或主操的要求、取样流程进行取样操作，并进行取样后现场阀门检查确认工作。负责所用分析取样器具的维护保养、使用前安全检查工作，严禁使用不安全取样器具.
Knew well of SDS of analytic materials in Gasification Facility Scope, such as Hydrogen, Nitrogen, CO, CO2 H2S, Methanol, Propylene, etc.
掌握所辖工作范围内取样介质的SDS，如：氢气、氮气、一氧化碳、二氧化碳、硫化氢、粉煤、灰水等。
Record daily/monthly Production report.
做好日常日报表、月报表的抄写工作。
Keep good communication with customer for closely cooperation. Also work closely with maintenance team to assist Maintenance Engineers to implement Preventive Maintenance.
与用户保持良好沟通和紧密合作，协助维护维修人员做好预防性保养工作。
Attend safety meetings and execute routine safety audits (including APSAM, SIP ,BSP, SWP,CI ,safety action training and so on) and write safety reports.
参加有关安全会议，履行日常安全检查工作（如：现场安全执行评估系统SAM、现场安全持续改进计划SIP、基本安全管理程序 BSP、安全工作许可证Safety work permit、持续改进管理系统CI、安全实践培训等）
SCOPE OF WORK（工作范围）
All the units onsite of Gasification Facility, including coal milling unite, transporting unite, syngas cooling unit, slag unite, ash unit, washing unit,N2 system, torch and fule system, cooling water system, water cycling system, steam condensation system, instrument air system, acid-base system, public pipes etc.
气化装置现场所有生产单元,包括磨煤单元、粉煤加压输送单元、气化和合成气冷却单元、除渣单元、除灰单元、湿洗单元、氮气系统、火炬及燃料气系统、循环冷却水系统、工艺水循环水系统、蒸汽凝液系统、工厂风仪表风系统、酸碱系统、公用管廊等。
JOB REQUIREMENTS（岗位要求）
College Degree minimum. Diploma in same as minimum
Candidates for this position will be evaluated on the basis of the following:

--Demonstrated learning and interpersonal skills. Proactive, honest, teamwork and hard working.
-- The higher understanding of security.
-- Suitable for shift work.
-- Degree in Chemical engineering, mechanical engineering, and/or industrial automation and instrumentation. etc. And/or
Having a demonstrated record of continued advancement from Field Operator Position with 1 year of relative plant experiences.
大专及以上学历。
