岗位职责：

1、销售门店的管理，包括：门店布置的管理、门店位置的选择、促销员的招聘、培训和管理

Outlets management, incl. showcase decoration management, showcase location choose, promoters recuritment, training & management.

2、客户管理，包括定期的客户拜访、沟通，产品的介绍、订单的沟通、对账等工作

Customers management, incl. regular customer contact and visit, products introduction to customers, orders negotiation, balance reconciliation etc.

3、在自己负责区域寻找新客户，与现有客户维护良好的关系

Search new customers & expand dealership in responsible area.

4、执行区域销售办事处或总部制定的促销活动，规划并执行本地的促销活动方案

Implement promotion activities defined by headquarter & Sales Region, plan and implement localized sales promotion activities.

5、跟踪目标的完成进度，根据销售指标的完成情况，制定相应措施

Track the target accomplishment status, and find relevant measures to accomplish the target.

6、其他事宜处理，例如：消费者抱怨处理…

Other activities, e.g. handling complaints of end-consumers…

任职资格：

1、本科及以上学历

University degree or above

2、3年及以上工作经验

3 years or above working experience

3、家用电器行业知识优先​

Home appliance industry​ first
